Phil Mogavero | President/CEO
Mr. Mogavero joined DSW in 1979 at the age of sixteen, allowing him to enjoy the entire revolution of the microcomputer and internetworking industry during his career at DSW. Phil has had the fortune of serving at all levels in the business, including, warehouse supervision, sales account manager, computer store manager, company general manager, vice-president, executive vice-president and now President and CEO. His successes include numerous appointments on industry advisory boards and industry consulting boards.
With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA, Phil’s valuable combination of business knowledge and technology industry experience allow him to track paradigm shifts to further DSW’s success as an information technology services company. |

Mike Mogavero | EVP Sales and Marketing
The head of DSW’s Sales and Marketing operations, Mike is responsible for managing the sales support organization that delivers DSW's products and services. Previously, Mike has led DSW’s Consulting Services organization, managed development services, technical support, and the information consulting group’s delivery of services to improve and maintain client satisfaction. The brain behind DSW’s iSpeed consulting methodology, Mike has served on several of the industry’s elite advisory boards, including Sun Java Council, Sun Pacific Coast Advisory Council, Oracle Advisory Council, and CMP Media Member Council. He holds a Masters Degree from the University of Oregon.

Boni Bruno | CTO & SVP
Boni is the chief integrator and security architect for DSW. Playing a vital role in our managed service offerings, Boni is responsible for the infrastructure design and deployment within the DSW datacenter. Boni has a broad expertise in system and network design, applications, data communications, information security and project management. In addition to being a published security author, he has received vendor independent CISSP, CISM and IAM security certifications, as well as numerous vendor specific certifications. Previously the Technical Director of Computrition, Inc, Boni has designed and integrated many large-scale internet sites and portals. Boni holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University Northridge. |

Ryan Peterson | Director of Intelligent Facilities
Ryan’s background in IT consulting dates back to 1992 with experience at a number of the industry’s most prestigious companies, such as Nestle, Arco, BP, Compaq, Northrop Grumman, and Amgen Pharmaceuticals. Leveraging his degree in business management, Ryan founded Canyon IS in 2000, a successful integration firm providing voice, video surveillance, and infrastructure cabling solution. Mr. Peterson has an intimate working knowledge of networks and systems, and is accredited with a collection of the industry’s top certifications (CCVP, MCSE & MCT). In 2007 Ryan joined the DSW team as Director of Intelligent Facilities to lead efforts in taking once proprietary facility technologies and creating synergistic solutions that utilize standard network technology. In addition, Ryan heads DSW’s Las Vegas operations, implementing facility solutions that serve the hospitality, and surrounding industries. |

Mark Hernandez | Director of Technical Operations
Mark has over 30 years experience in information technology (IT), with his primary discipline in telecommunications. Over the past 17 years, he has led various organizations in the implementation of telecommunications to meet their strategic and business objectives by developing strategic plans, implementation of standards and running day-to-day operations.
Coming from a strong background in telecommunications management, he has managed projects ranging from $50K to $40M, and for the past eight (8) years has used his ability to execute complex activities in managing business telecommunication initiatives. Mark has an in-depth understanding of operations and technologies including successfully creating process improvements by implementing technology solutions that address business needs, while managing costs and risks.
Mark’s business experience includes being the Telecommunications & Network Manager at Hyundai/Kia Motors of America, the Telecommunications Manager at Tenet Health Systems and at IndyMac Bank. Prior to advancing to management, Mark has engaged his technical and engineering experience at Wells Fargo Bank, TelePacific Communications, TRW, Carnation Foods, Countrywide Financial, Los Angeles Unified School District, County of San Bernardino, and the Metropolitan Water District of So. California.
